Getting Started
How many times do we say we are going to start doing something and then it never happens? I started this blog to help me study for the personal training certification exam so I can put to use what I am learning in hopes to understand it better. The one thing that I know is hard for everyone is finding the motivation to start exercising and making that change in their lives that is for the better. I myself also have the same problem, I always seem to continue to lay on the couch instead of going for a walk or eating the candy instead of a piece of fruit. This first entry is simply the challenge to find motivation or something to work for. Set your goals and stick to them.
